How to invite co-hosts
Direct email invitation
Send personalized invitations with unique secure tokens to specific people
Steps:
- 1.Go to Settings > Co-hosts in your event
- 2.Click 'Invite by email'
- 3.Enter their email address and name
- 4.Send the invitation
- 5.They'll receive a personalized email in the event's language with a unique secure link
Shareable invite link
Generate a link to share with multiple people
Steps:
- 1.Go to Settings > Co-hosts in your event
- 2.Toggle 'Shareable invite link'
- 3.Copy the generated link
- 4.Share via your preferred channel
- 5.Link expires after 24 hours
Important: Co-hosts can be added immediately after creating your event. You don't need to publish first.
Co-host permissions
Co-hosts have extensive permissions to help you manage the event effectively:

Modify title, description, date, location, and all basic information
Manage guest list
View RSVPs, approve/decline guests, manage waitlist, export data
Send invitations
Invite new guests, send reminders, manage invitation settings

Access all event statistics, guest insights, and performance data
Delete event
Only the original creator can delete the event
