Understanding Event Visibility

Guest List & Participant Display

Control what information about participants is visible

Show participant list

For RSVP events

Display avatars and names of confirmed guests
Hide all participant information from non-hosts

For date polls

Allow participants to see who voted and their availability for each option
Only show avatars/names to hosts and users who have voted

Note: Users who have voted can always see other voters, regardless of this setting

Show vote/attendance counters

For RSVP events

Display '15 attending • 5 spots left' or similar counters
Hide all numerical information
Hidden when manual approval is enabled (to avoid confusion with pending requests)

For date polls

Display vote counts for each option (e.g., '2 ✓ / 1 ?')
Only show counts to hosts and users who have voted

Note: Users who have voted can always see vote counts, regardless of this setting
