Understanding the "Hosted By" Field
The "Hosted By" field allows you to customize how you appear as the event organizer. This is particularly useful for professional events where you want to display your company or department name rather than your personal name.
How It Works

If you leave the field empty, your account name will be used automatically
- 2.
If you enter a custom name, it will replace your name on all communications
- 3.
Co-hosts will always appear with their own names in addition
